利用規約

本規約は、Koimee（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、算命学にもとづく恋愛運・相性等の鑑定をエンターテインメントとして提供します。鑑定結果は娯楽を目的とした情報であり、医療・法律・投資・将来の保証等を行うものではありません。

2. アカウント

本アプリは匿名で利用でき、任意で外部アカウント（Apple / Google / X / LINE）と連携できます。連携情報の管理は利用者の責任で行ってください。

3. Premium（有料購読）

• Premium 機能は定期購読として提供されます。料金・期間はストア上の表示によります。
• 購読は各ストア（App Store / Google Play）のアカウント設定からいつでも解約できます。解約後も購読期間終了まで利用できます。
• 購読は期間終了前に解約しない限り自動更新されます。

4. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、リバースエンジニアリング等
• 第三者または当方の権利を侵害する行為

5. 免責

本アプリは鑑定結果の正確性・有用性を保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

6. 知的財産

本アプリおよびコンテンツに関する権利は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。

7. 規約の変更・サービスの終了

本規約は必要に応じて改定し、本ページに掲載します。当方は事前の通知により本サービスを変更・終了できます。

8. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms govern your use of Koimee ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App provides love-fortune and compatibility readings based on Sanmeigaku (Chinese astrology) for entertainment purposes. Readings are for entertainment only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice or any guarantee of future outcomes.

2. Accounts

The App can be used anonymously and optionally linked to external accounts (Apple / Google / X / LINE). You are responsible for managing your linked credentials.

3. Premium (Paid Subscription)

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Price and term are shown in the store.
• You can cancel anytime from your store account (App Store / Google Play); access continues until the end of the period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the period ends.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Interfering with the service, reverse engineering, etc.
• Infringing the rights of others or of us

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of readings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and its content belong to us or the rightful owners.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms and post changes here, and may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the court having jurisdiction over our location.
